Download the "Shopify SHOP App" Mobile Phone Shipment Tracking App by Shopify. It is available for iOS + Android devices.
Once downloaded you'll be able to track your shipment as it leaves our California warehouse and makes it way to wherever you are in the world via USPS, UPS or DHLS!
When your order ships via either USPS or UPS or DHL it gets processed through their shipping centres you will be able to see exactly where your DDE or YSOB order is in real time at skips, hops and jumps from California to you!
In fact the Shopify Shop App will track ALL eCom items that have a tracking number that has been emailed to you. It tracks all our personal online eCOM orders and extremely handy at showing everything about your orders. Try it out and let me (Anthony) how much you love it!
How long until my order ships?
Our FRIDAY September 24th DROP is 100% IN STOCK. All orders will be processed and shipped out the following week.

Our DDE MERCH drops last anywhere from 1 to 3 days, depending on how quick we SELL OUT of our limited drop!
After the sale ends, we start to pack, print and process ALL orders at once. Once ALL orders are labelled and packaged and ready to be shipped we schedule a pickup from our various shipping partners (USPS, UPS, DHL etc). This sometimes takes a couple days.
Once all orders have been picked up by USPS or UPS they then get processed and sorted by the shipping company (USPS or UPS) they start their journey to YOU the final address you used when ordering.
Due to glbal Covid-19 shipping delays, please be patient as your tracked shipment moves through it's checkpoints on it's way to you!
What is unfulfilled or fulfilled order status?
Your order will show "UNFULFILLED" until a shipping label has been created for your order.
Once a shipping label has been created your order will state show as "FULFILLED".
What about Customs Fees (Import + Duty)?
We are NOT responsible for any import fees required by the customs of your country for any reason.
All shipping fees & taxes we require will be clearly shown at checkout alongside the service and estimated transit time. All orders ship out of Los Angeles, California.
My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but i have not received it. What does this mean?
Once the order leaves our warehouse it is now in the hands of USPS or UPS. You have to contact USPS or UPS using your provided tracking number (found in your order confirmation email) for any issues regrading shipping.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of ALL our valued fans.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
If you reached the confirmation page after purchase providing your order number and receipt then your order has gone through.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email then this means the wrong email was entered at checkout.
Please contact us at email@example.com with the email used, the first & last name associated with your order and the date your order was placed so we can resend your order confirmation.
I haven’t received a tracking number, when should I expect it?
Tracking information will be provided once your shipping label has been created in 7-10 days.
My tracking information states it is still in pre-shipment, when will it ship?
Due to high demand and delayed order fulfillment regulations due to covid. We may pre-print your shipping label providing you tracking information.
Please allow for our regular shipping time frame of 7-10 days before you will see an updated shipping status.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?
Your order will be sent via USPS or UPS depending on where you live in the world.
You will be notified of which once your shipping label has been produced and your tracking information has been sent to you via email.
I made more than one order. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?
Unfortunately orders are typically sent individually as they arrive in our system and are automatically dispatched to the warehouse. It's possible that two separate employees handling our shipping might each handle your separate order.
We cannot disrupt our work flow process as this is how we are able to accurately ship out such high volume of orders generated in 1-3 days.
I entered the wrong address and or my address has changed since i placed my order, may i update it?
If your order has yet to ship. Please reach out to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your order number and updated address you would like your order shipped to.
If your order has already been shipped then please reach out to the shipping carrier USPS or UPS to redirect your package.
If your package is returned to us, please notify and provide us an updated address in which we will re-ship your order.
I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
Expect a response within 24-48 hours from our representatives. Please allow more time during new drops. Our DDE & YSOB customer service team are available Monday-Friday.
